Please put a high-quality photo of my beloved family member or pet onto a designed product. The designer at Pastel Whisper will review the photo and create a beautiful product for you.

• Please upload a bright photo with the subject prominently displayed, if possible.
• If you upload one photo, the same image will be printed on both sides of the mug.
   If you upload two photos, different images will be printed on each side of the mug.
• Available Photo File Format : .jpg, .png, .tif etc.
• Please note that low-resolution photos cannot be printed on large products.
• You typically don't need to worry about resolution with most recent smartphone photos.
• If the file is too large, please compress it into a zip file and upload it.

After placing your order, please ensure to check your email and confirm within 24 hours for the order to be completed.

If you upload 1 photo file, the photo will be printed the same on both the front and back sides of the mug. Additionally, the added name will be placed in the center of the mug along with the 'Everyday Love' phrase.

If you do not want add your name, only 'Everyday Love' phrase will be printed.
