⏰ What’s the estimated delivery time, and how is it calculated?

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

    • Issues with print or embroidery files
    • Products being out of stock
    • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

Anytime, please, contact us about tracking/processing status, Processing status will be notified via client's email. 

 

🧤 Can I change the personalized words after order?

Before next day at noon from the ordered date, you can request to change personalized order, but usually we confirm the personalized order next day morning at least.
After Our designer confirmed the order by next day morning, we can not change the personalized words or items.  Because Product already will be ordered for fulfillment/producing of personalized.

🚙 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

🎒 Can I request a refund for a personalized item?

Refunds are not available for personalized items as they are made specifically for you. If there is an issue with your personalized item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 

🎒 Can I request a refund for a NOT - personalized item?

Refunds are available for general items even if it is not personalized or custom order.  But, Shipping cost will not be refunded, so generally $5/per items will be deducted for shipping and restock fee.  But, If you want to refund as discount code or gift cards, total price will be refunded. 

🐫 What is a shipping carrier?

    A shipping carrier is a service, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, that delivers packages to customers.

     

    📦 How do I return an item?

    To initiate a return, please use "Refund Center" on Home, Footer. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

    🛒 Can I request a refund for a sale item?

    No, refunds are not available for sale items. All sale items are final sale.

     

    🚗 How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can find estimated shipping times during the checkout process. If you have any specific questions about shipping, please contact our friendly customer service team.

    Customers can also sign up for email tracking notifications to receive updates as soon as we have news about your shipment. So to stay informed about shipment progress, your customers need to add their email to the tracking page.

          If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our friendly customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

          If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

          🚧 What payment methods do you accept?

            We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

             

            🗓️ How long does it take to process a refund?

              Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

              Yes, we offer return labels. Please contact our customer service team to request a return label or Use Return Center.

              📮 What is your return policy?

              We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

              But, Please, remember, All personalized items including custom name can not be returned.
